 What format are the photos in?
All our photos are in JPG format.
 How to purchase a photo?When you saw a photo you like and want to make a purchase on it. Just click on the "ADD TO CART" button below the photo. Then click on "Paypal" button to check it out. You can add as many photos you want into your shopping cart and check them out at on time.
What currency are these prices in?
All of our prices are listed in US currency. You will be billed in US currency.
How to download a photo?
Please refer to the page "How_to_download_photo.php". The page will let you more understanding of the photo downloading process at our site.
How does someone download a photo after they purchase it?
When you purchases a photo and pays with paypal you'll get an email with a link to the download page. The download page displays thumbnails of the images that you purchased. Just click on the thumbnail of the image then you can download them immediately.
How does the process of member subscription download?
Subscribe members download photo is more quickly and easily (and more cost effective too). Just click on the downlod button that below the photo that your want to download. Then a window will pop up and show you the download link. Click on "I want to download" link and save it immediately. Please refer to the page "How_to_download_photo.php" for more details.
Do you add photos on a regular basis?Yes. We add photos as they are taken. Click on "Newest Photos" to see the latest photos that we have posted.
Can I download your photos and submit to other Stock Photos Site for sell?
No, you can't do this. Please refer to our photos licensing and terms of use for more details.
I am a subscribe member, can I use your photo for printing product?
No. Subscribe members can download our "Large Size" of high-resolution photos. But limited to web design, office document, and personal usage only. NONE PRINTING USAGE AUTHORIZED. Please refer to our photos licensing and terms of use for more details.
Does my online purchase is safety?
Yes. All your payment will handle by third party' security online systems(PayPal and so on). Digital-Pic.com will not store any of your credit card information on our server. So be safe on the online purchase with us. Thanks.
Can I use your photos in website temples, screen savers or online e-card service?
No. Our photos are not allowed to be used in website templates and screen savers service. However, if you are hired to make a website for a client, or just want to make an e-card to your company' customers then you may use our photos.
Can I resell or redistribute your photos?
No. The resale and/or redistribution of our photos is strictly prohibited.
Do you offer refunds?
Once your purchase is made we can not offer a refund. The reason for this policy is because we offer full access to our entire digital collection of photos and, as such, there is no way for our products to be returned. On a rare occasion we will make exceptions on a case by case basis.
Are there any restrictions on my use of the Digital-Pic Stock Photography photos that I download?Yes. While Digital-Pic Stock Photography offers great freedoms and a wide ranges of uses, we do not allow the redistribution of our photos, or allow the use of our photos within products that are mass distributed in any type of archive format.
Is account sharing allowed?
No, sharing an account is no different than distributing our materials to others. Individual accounts must be purchased by your friends and colleagues.
What is a lightbox?
A lightbox is basically a place where you can store the images that you are interested in. Think of it as a shopping list. Maybe you want a list for every client, or for every project. You can make as many different lightboxes as you like.
Do the subscriptions automatically renew?
No. All subscriptions will not automatically renew themselves at the end of each period. You have complete control to made the decision to continue subscription or not.
Can I have your logo placed on my site and linking to this site?
